Lung Cancer
The highest mortality cancer in China
- Over 40 years old
- Smoking index ≥400 (Smoking index = number of cigarettes smoked per day X number of years smoked)
- Quit smoking for less than 15 years
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diffuse pulmonary fibrosis
- Family history of lung cancer
Screening Recommendation: Annual low-dose spiral CT scan
Gastric Cancer
A cancer with a male incidence rate twice that of females
- Over 40 years old
- High-salt, pickled diet, smoking, heavy drinking, etc.
- Helicobacter pylori infection
- Gastric ulcer, gastric polyps, chronic atrophic gastritis
- Family history of gastric cancer
Screening Recommendation: Annual gastroscopy
Liver Cancer
The second-highest mortality cancer in China
- Males over 40 years old
- Females over 45 years old
- Long-term alcohol abuse, infection with hepatitis B or C virus
- Cirrhosis, severe fatty liver
- Family history of liver cancer
Screening Recommendation: Biannual liver B ultrasound, serum alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) test
Colorectal Cancer
The most common digestive system cancer in China
- Over 40 years old
- Colonic polyps
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Family history of colorectal cancer
Screening Recommendation: Colonoscopy
Breast Cancer
The highest incidence cancer in females
- Received chest radiation therapy
- Male relatives with breast cancer
- Two or more relatives with breast cancer
- Carrying BRCA1/BRCA2 gene mutations in oneself or immediate relatives
Screening Recommendation: Annual mammography
Cervical Cancer
The cancer most likely to be conquered by humans
- Multiple sexual partners
- Low or suppressed immunity (such as taking immunosuppressive agents, etc.)
- HIV infection
Screening Recommendation: Below 30 years old, annual TCT test; Above 30 years old, TCT test & HPV test every 3 years, or TCT test annually
If you're fortunate enough to avoid these high-risk factors, as a "non-high-risk group," you can still receive targeted regular screening:
Cervical Cancer:
- Ages 21-29: TCT test every 3 years
- Ages 30-65: TCT test & HPV test every 5 years, or TCT test every 3 years
- Over 65: Screening not recommended (except for those who have had severe cervical cancer or precancerous lesions in the past 20 years)
Breast Cancer:
- Under 40: Screening not recommended
- Ages 40-44: Annual mammography
- Ages 45-69: Mammography every 1-2 years
- Over 70: Mammography every 2 years
Colorectal Cancer:
- Over 50: Colonoscopy every 5-10 years
Prostate Cancer:
- No family history: Screening annually from age 50; With family history: Screening recommended from age 45.
