A 51-year-old liver cancer patient from Weihai, Shandong Province, had sought medical treatment in multiple places. They had previously undergone immunotherapy with Carilizumab and targeted therapy with Lenvatinib. However, their alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) levels remained elevated, exceeding 1200ug/L, and they experienced abdominal distension and discomfort, with unsatisfactory results. This time, they came to our hospital by referral for cryoablation therapy, which yielded immediate and remarkable results. During the procedure, the tumor tissue in the lesion was observed to necrotize.
